Olivia Jones

Olivia began her career in 2021 with Dewey Group as an apprentice within the Training division. By early 2022, after achieving her NVQ Level 3 Business Administration Diploma, she transitioned into recruitment as a Recruitment Resourcer within the Blue Collar team, specialising in placing Piling Rig Attendants, Concrete Pump Operators and Machine Operators on a temporary basis.

In late 2022, Olivia expanded her expertise to the White Collar and International team at Dewey Group, where she focused on placing Engineers, Project Managers, Planners and Estimators on a temporary, freelance and permanent basis, both nationally and internationally.

Before her career at Dewey Group, Olivia gained valuable customer service and strong communications skills whilst working in hospitality at The Lord Nelson and The Old Volunteer.

Olivia joined Atkins Search in 2025 as a Recruitment Consultant, where she is eager to build upon her previous experience within White Collar recruitment. She will be working within the Freelance Construction Team, specialising in placing Construction professionals such as Site Managers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Planners and Estimators on a temporary, contract and Interim basis.

Outside of work, Olivia is a huge dog lover (owning 6 of them herself!), she also enjoys spending time socialising with her friends and family.
