Olivia Hartley began her career at JD Sports as a Customer Service Assistant, as a reflection of her hard work and her desire to achieve was soon promoted to Store Supervisor. Solely based at the Derby store, Olivia also took the responsibility to manage other stores.

During her time at JD Sports, Olivia found a new love for recruitment and providing administrative support on a regular basis. Following this, Olivia was made up to Administration Supervisor where her responsibilities primarily relied on combating recruitment demands, as well as taking control of a variety of general administration duties for audit purposes.

Olivia Hartley then spent just over one year at Totally PLC, a leading provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the UK healthcare, as a Recruitment Advisor. Working as part of the 111 team, Olivia was responsible for ensuring that the full recruitment process was followed as well as providing reports on a weekly basis. During the pandemic, Olivia supported the NHS and other Healthcare Providers across the UK to ensure that desks are full and out of hours practices are in full operation, a fast paced environment to say the least!

Olivia Hartley joined Atkins Search in July 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant and specialises in placing Construction professionals into reputable Consultancies across Yorkshire and Humberside including Sheffield, Leeds, York, Doncaster, Huddersfield, Wakefield etc. Since joining Atkins Search Olivia has quickly developed close relationships with some of the region’s leading businesses.

In her spare time, Olivia Hartley enjoys going to the gym and socialising with her friends, meeting new people, and experiencing new things. She also loves travelling the world, both in and outside the UK – when we can!
