Nicole Broughton

Nicole first began her career in Youth and Football Coaching for a local youth club Sycamore Millennium Centre, as well as working as a Sales Assistant at Sports Direct whilst studying GCSEs and then A-Levels at school.

Once Nicole had finished her education, she then began a Project Administration role at Littlefish Managed IT Services. Whilst working full time, she completed her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and was responsible for scheduling engineers, ordering and management of materials, as well as assisting tenders and helping to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Nicole then joined Siemens Energy for just over a year as a Field Services Administrator for the Operations Team. Although the role taught numerous skills, she soon realised she wanted to focus on networking and began her recruitment career at Linsco Recruitment in 2018.

Nicole originally started in the New Build Housing Division; her responsibility was permanent recruitment covering the Yorkshire region. She then began to specialise in permanent and freelance appointments within Sales, Marketing and Customer Care in the New Build Housing division. Due to the market changing in early 2020 due to the pandemic, Nicole moved to Temporary Blue Collar Recruitment in the Construction Sector where she covered the North West and the West Midlands regions.

Nicole joined Atkins Search as a Consultant in early 2022 and specialises in Freelance and Permanent Construction for our Construction Division across the Midlands and South Yorkshire regions. Nicole has grown an extensive network in her chosen field from her experiences so far, and is proud of the service she’s provided to some of the leading companies in the Construction Industry.

Outside of work, Nicole is quite sporty; she’s a loyal Arsenal F.C. and Formula One supporter, partakes in Boxing and is a dedicated walker at the weekends.
