Jade Stevenson

Jade started her career at WB Power Services as an Apprentice Sales Administrator, where she found her initial passion for the world of Sales and went on to obtain her NVQ Level 3 Business Administration Diploma.

In 2018, Jade joined Linsco Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant where she managed a fast-paced temporary trades and labour desk for major key clients across the West Midlands and acquired a number of new, successful accounts. Jade ran a prosperous desk for over 2 and a half years before joining Atkins Search to take the step into permanent recruitment.

Jade joined Atkins Search in August 2020 and has since built excellent relationships with both existing and new blue chip clients including Bowmer & Kirkland, Stepnell Construction, Morgan Sindall and Kier Construction. By operating ethically and honestly, Jade ensures the clients and candidate experience is at the highest level, always aiming to deliver the best outcome for both parties.

Leading the team for Permanent appointments on behalf of construction main contractors, Jade specialises in Commercial, Pre-construction, Operational, Design and Technical appointments such as Design Management, Estimating, Project Management and Quantity Surveying from Assistant to Senior level for some of the region’s leading main contractors. Jade has built a successful desk whilst becoming a specialist in her field and her achievements have been built through her dedication to the role and her professional approach to developing her career.

Outside of work, Jade enjoys traveling to various destinations around the world including Southeast Asia and South America, being exposed to new experiences and cultures. She also has a keen interest in a large variety of music and enjoys watching her favourite artists and bands at live events.
