We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent appointments team. The role will entail working closely with region leading Construction Contractors, Consultancies, Engineers and Developers to attract talent to their businesses.

We are viewed by our clients as the “Go To” business for the region, so they very receptive to relationship building and a service based on quality over quantity.

ROLE

The role will include the full 360 process from taking the initial client brief to implementing a recruitment strategy for the companies within your specialist sectors.

We work in a grown up, non corporate
environment and pride ourselves in placing the right professional, into the right role, at the right time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and develop candidate and client relationships

Research to understand the sector and locations in which you recruit to identify clients

Create and implement candidate attraction strategies

Attend and chair meetings in a consultative manner

Recognise and strive to meet client's hiring needs

Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond

Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
