We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent appointments team. The role will entail working closely with leading Construction Contractors, Consultancies, Engineers and Developers to attract talent to their businesses.

Role

The role will include the full 360 process from taking the initial client brief to implementing a recruitment strategy for the companies within your specialist sectors. We don’t do hard core BD as we don’t have to, but an ability to build client relationships through a clear networking strategy will be critical to the role.

We work in a grown up, non-KPI environment and pride ourselves in placing the right professional, into the right role, at the right time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and develop candidate and client relationships
  • Research to understand the sector and locations in which you recruit to identify clients
  • Define and implement your desk strategy
  • Create and implement candidate attraction strategies
  • Attend and chair meetings internally and externally
  • Recognise, understand and strive to meet client's hiring needs
  • Manage the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage
  • Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
