Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a
Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of major projects across
multi-room, industrial, and commercial sectors. Working as part of a collaborative Commercial team, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Prepare accurate and timely commercial reports.
• Provide key support to the
  Contracts Managers
  and
  Operational Teams.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, ensuring packages align with project requirements.
• Process payment applications, meeting cash flow targets and financial objectives.
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will be based North of Birmingham and have proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a
regional or established contractor environment, demonstrating a strong track record in delivering varied projects.

• Degree in
  Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong knowledge of
  JCT
  and
  NEC contracts.
• Experience with
  Design & Build schemes, ideally on large, complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
