​Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning Chartered Surveyors practice based in Cambridge with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality project management, quantity surveying, employer's agent, clerk of works, and fund monitoring services to their valued clients.

Please note – Quantity Surveyors seeking the next stage of their career will also be considered for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Based in Cambridge, they offer national coverage delivering construction management services from scheme inception through to completion and have a strong history of delivering services across the UK for leading care operators, housing associations, local authorities along with private development companies.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in working across a wide variety of large, exciting projects in the healthcare, residential and hospitality sectors. Due to continued growth and business development, our client is actively recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in their Cambridge office.

As an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Cambridge based Consultancy, you will be required to deliver and demonstrate a variety of Cost Management responsibilities across an array of real estate projects.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Cost planning
• Cost management
• Value engineering
• Tender management
• Financial reporting
• Budget management
• Employers’ agent
• Valuations
• Mentoring junior members of the team
