As a Construction Consultancy, they provide multi-disciplinary Project Management and Cost Management services to national blue-chip clients and developers within the infrastructure sector including rail, utilities, highways, water, local authority and defence to name a few!

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in working across a wide variety of large, exciting infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth and business development, our client is actively recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in their Birmingham office.

As an infrastructure Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Birmingham based Consultancy, you will be required to deliver and demonstrate a variety of Cost Management responsibilities across an array of Infrastructure Projects.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Cost planning
• Cost management
• Value engineering
• Tender management
• Financial reporting
• Budget management
• Employers’ agent
• Valuations
• Mentoring junior members of the team
