Our client is an award-winning Cambridge based Consultancy of Cost Managers and Project Managers who provide a variety of Quantity Surveying/Cost management services within rail, utilities, highways, water, public sector, defence and many more exciting sectors.

As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be involved in working across a wide variety of large, exciting infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth and business development, our client is actively recruiting for a Senior Cost Manager to join their team based in their Cambridge office.

As an infrastructure Senior Cost Manager with a Cambridge based Consultancy, you will be required to deliver and demonstrate a variety of Cost Management responsibilities across an array of Infrastructure Projects. As Senior Cost Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Cost planning
• Cost management
• Value engineering
• Tender management
• Financial reporting
• Budget management
• Employers agent
• Valuations

• MRICS chartered or working towards
