As a Quantity Surveyor working for this Construction Consultancy in Nottingham, you will have the opportunity to work within a wide variety of sectors including; education, infrastructure, healthcare, commercial, leisure, arts & theatre, local authority, hospitality, heritage and much more.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in projects from inception to completion, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including assistants and apprentices
• Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion
• Cost planning
• Cost management
• Value engineering
• Tender management
• Financial reporting
• Budget management
• Employers’ agent
• Valuations
