Project Manager

Overview

Atkins Search are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well established contractor in the Midlands on a freelance basis. You will be delivering a large shared accommodation project in Derby. This role is required to start on or before April 2023 for a period of 9 months.

Our client is one of the region’s leading construction companies delivering shared accommodation.

Responsibilities:

Sub-Contractor liaison and management as required
High level communication skills
Managing full program of works / amending and managing program
Client facing
Supporting site managers and project delivery team.
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
Working experience with a main contractor building projects up to £10m

Person

Strong communicator at all levels.
Capable of working with the client to meet their expectations.
Excellent man management skills
Able to program projects using MS Projects
Be able to value engineer New build schemes

Remuneration

Competitive rates
£300 - £330 per day
