Project Manager position to join them in their Leeds office.

Role

As a Construction Project Manager you will have the option to work across a variety of sectors, including residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, industrial/logistics, automotive, aviation, commercial, healthcare, etc.

This role will offer you the opportunity to become an integral part of a highly reputable construction consultancy based in Leeds, creating positive impacts whilst operating across a wide variety of exciting projects.

Responsibilities

As a Construction Project Manager working in a Construction Consultancy environment, you will be required to demonstrate clear knowledge and understanding surrounding project delivery:

  • Pre-construction
  • Programme management
  • Assisting the Senior Project Manager with day to day activities
  • Delivering own projects
  • Contract administration
  • Risk management
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Post contract management

Person

The successful Construction Project Manager will portray a focused, dynamic and professional persona and must be able to provide the following:

  • Hold a construction related degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to manage relationship effectively
