Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Atkins Search is pleased to support a major client in the FMCG sector with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer at their Dartford site. • Perform maintenance and servicing on a variety of onsite machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• A balance of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Contribute to project and site improvement initiatives.
• Focus on improving operational performance and machine reliability.

Ideal Candidate

• Multi-skilled maintenance engineer with a slight electrical bias.
• Experience working with 3-phase, inverter controls, and drives.
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience, ideally within FMCG.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance.

• £55,000 p/a + additional allowances (shift dependent).
• The site operates 24/7 across 3 shifts, with some flexibility required.
