Overview
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced freelance Multi Skilled Operative/Finsher has become available with a local construction Contractor on a project in Birmingham. This role is to support the delivery team on a residential construction project with the opportunity to continuous work.
Responsibilities
- Perform responsive maintenance repairs in commercial properties
- Replace and repair fire doors
- Fitting skirtings and architraves
- Repair ceilings
- Tiling and painting

- Trade background – Joinery ideally
Remuneration
- CIS - £180-£200 per day (Depending on Experience)
