Atkins Search are currently working with one of the leading new home developers, with over 40 years of experience in delivering high specification homes, offering classic and innovative designs, on attractive developments across Lincolnshire.
We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to work closely with their Directors, to shape and apply a forward-thinking marketing strategy for the organisation and align with sales objectives.

ROLE
Working closely with the board and team of Directors, the successful Marketing Manager candidate will help to build and deliver the marketing agenda for the business and align strategies to help achieve company wide sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful Marketing Manager candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing plan with flexibility to respond to marketing trends and changes in the changing housing market.
- Working closely with external agencies to produce high quality, innovative marketing material and campaigns.
- Measure and report of the effectiveness and value of campaigns and the overall marketing strategy.
- Take ownership of the company’s website and ensure that all content is up to date, relevant, and delivering the agreed outputs.
- Generate consistently high levels of enquiries through all marketing channels, including creating and publishing high quality, interesting and relevant social media content.
- Managing the company’s charitable and community engagement functions.
- Identify commercially viable and effective new marketing channels.
- Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with local partners and media channels to promote the business positively.
- Brand management.
- Coordinate submissions to local and industry awards.
- Plan, manage and deliver events to an agreed strategy, budget and timescales.
- Drive all PR activities of the business.
- Manage photoshoots etc.
PERSON
The successful Marketing Manager candidate will have the following experience, qualifications and attributes:
- Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within the new homes sector – but relevant experience in other sectors would be welcome.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or other relevant fields.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Track record of delivering innovative marketing campaigns, in particular through all social media channels.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently but also within a team environment.
- Able to manage a large and diverse workload, whilst prioritising key elements.
- Organised, planned and focused.
