Role
As a Managing Consultant at Atkins Search you will be responsible for building and leading your team to place candidates with clients in your chosen disciplines. The role is varied but you will use your experience to focus your team to achieve their professional objectives and GP budgets, whilst also achieving your own.
Key responsibilities
- Agree and set day to day, week to week objectives with your team
- Achieve monthly GP Targets for your team
- Support the team operations by advising and guiding on best practice
- Train and develop team members
- Attend client and candidate meetings with your consultant as required
- Report on team performance
- Implement new training methods
- Embed professional and respectful behaviours across your team
- Build the companies professional network
- Continually look for new ways of working to improve the services we provide
- Become a champion of “Itris” to make sure everyone in your team uses it efficiently
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

- Deliver the GP budget set by your Director
- Lead by example
- Writing and responding to emails to a high standard
- Attending Managers meeting
- Networking to represent the Atkins Search Brand
- Act in a professional manner in the business
