Land Surveyor

• We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in land surveying techniques, technologies, and methodologies, along with a passion for delivering excellence in every aspect of their work. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of challenging and rewarding projects throughout the UK.
• Conducting field surveys using a variety of surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and laser scanners.
• Performing boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking surveys with precision and accuracy.
• Analysing survey data and preparing detailed reports, maps, and drawings using CAD software and other relevant tools.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices while working in the field and on-site.

• Proven experience in land surveying, including fieldwork and data analysis, preferably in the UK.
• Proficiency in surveying software such as LSS, N4CE, AutoCAD, MicroStation, or Trimble Business Centre.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
