Role
As Health & Safety Manager you will conduct thorough Health and Safety audits and inspections on site, providing support to the Directors, conducting risk assessments, monitoring and reporting. You will also have sound knowledge and examples of operating within a CDM capacity.
Person
The ideal candidate for the Health & Safety Manager job will have a proven track record as a Health & Safety Consultant / Manager in either a Consultancy or Main Contracting setting, delivering similar projects. You will also need to be proactive, positive, and confident communicating at all levels and able to work as part of a team.
- Have a good understanding of CDM Regulations 2015
- Strong Communication skills
- Person management/Delegation skills
- Be confident in chairing design workshops and challenging designs
- Experience delivering a mixture of projects across electrical installation
- A methodical, professional, and collaborative approach
- Ability to organise your workload
- Commitment to health & safety and risk management
