Graduate Surveyor

Atkins Search are currently seeking a Graduate Engineering Surveyor responsible for survey activities, working in a small team and assisting Project Managers.

Graduate Geomatics Engineering Surveyor

• Assist Engineering Surveyors or/and Project Delivery Surveyor with "on-site” survey operating instrument or setting up equipment as directed.
• Use equipment in the correct manner and keep it clean and functional before returning to stores.
• Carry out surveying tasks to the correct level of accuracy.
• Complete site documentation/records for all works in the field.
• Carry out data processing and validation to required specification, submitting to Engineering Surveyor for verification as per deadline.
• Undertake Safety Critical duties in line with competencies held and certification gained.
• Undertake other duties in accordance with the requirements of the company.

• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively on your own and take initiative.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• A degree in a relevant field such as Geography, Ecology, Civil engineering, Geographic Information Science/GIS.
