Atkins Search are looking to add an entry level Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Based in Chilwell, Nottinghamshire, Atkins Search are specialist recruiters for the Built Environment and are market leaders within our sectors. We are focused on training and supporting you to become a “Best in Class” recruiter.

ROLE
Recruitment is all about people. If you like people and speaking with them to see if you can help, then this might be the role for you. Recruitment is very simple, its all about matching the right people into the right company at the right time.
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be fully immersed in the world of all things Recruitment. We will train you to become a full 360 recruiter, dealing with clients to take a role brief, to implementing a strategy to find them the right person.
The role will include the full 360 process from taking the initial client brief to implementing a recruitment strategy for the companies within your specialist sectors. We want you to develop your skills to build client relationships through a clear networking strategy will be critical to the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and develop candidate and client relationships
- Research to understand the sector and locations in which you recruit to identify clients
- Define and implement your desk strategy
- Create and implement candidate attraction strategies
- Attend and chair meetings internally and externally
- Recognise, understand and strive to meet client's hiring needs
- Manage the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage
- Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
