Construction Claims Consultant

Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Construction Claims Consultant to join a specialist, highly reputable, employee focused construction consultancy based in Manchester.

Whether you have recently completed your studies within Construction Law and Disputes or have multiple years of experience within the field, this role will be tailored to the successful individual.

The ideal candidates will have an understanding surrounding handling claims within the construction industry. You will be responsible for working closely with the senior management team to establish and guide the discipline. You will also be managing and resolving claims efficiently and effectively, ensuring that our projects remain on track and our clients' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve construction-related claims, including delays, disruptions, and contract disputes.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support claims.
• Analyse contracts and identify potential areas of risk.
• Liaise with project managers, legal teams, and clients to negotiate and settle claims.
• Provide expert advice on claims management and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
