Role
This Building Surveyor role offers the option to work across a variety of sectors across the Midlands, including healthcare, residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, commercial, heritage and conservation.
You will have wide ranging responsibilities as a Building Surveyor, including
condition surveys, preparing schedule of works, specifications, project management, contract administration, and much more!
Person
- Construction related Degree in Building Surveying,
Project Management, etc - Minimum 3
years’ relevant experience in professional Building Surveying or Project Management - Positive, can do attitude
- Able to work autonomously
and also within a team - Proficient user of AutoCAD and
Microsoft packages - Full UK driving licence

As a Building Surveyor, you will receive a highly competitive
