Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral member of the team, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of projects across the following sectors:

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you’ll play a key role in projects from start to finish. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll play a pivotal part in project delivery from inception to completion, including:

  • Delivering Cost Management services with precision and insight
  • Conducting cost planning, management, and reporting to keep projects on track
  • Driving value engineering to optimize efficiency and achieve client goals
  • Managing tenders, budgets, and contracts with confidence
  • Acting as Employer’s Agent, ensuring the smooth progression of each project
  • Carrying out valuations and financial analysis, supporting project decision-making

Person

To be successful in this opportunity, my client is searching for an ambitious and driven individual with:

  • A degree-level qualification in a construction-related field
  • 2-3 years of Quantity Surveying experience in a consultancy environment
  • Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset
