Role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play an essential role in supporting the commercial team, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver high-quality projects. This position offers exposure to every stage of project delivery and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in subcontractor procurement and tender preparation.
- Groundworks and civils take-offs
- Process invoices, applications for payments, and monitor project budgets.
- Provide commercial support through cost control and reporting.
- Collaborate with site teams and attend client meetings.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their career within a collaborative team environment.
- Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts is desirable.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other construction tools.
