Our client are an award winning, RICS accredited Construction Consultancy who provide a variety of services include project and cost management, building surveying and health & safety. Whilst offering an array of
professional services, our client delivers a multitude of projects across
Healthcare, Leisure, Residential, Education, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality
and many more exciting sectors.

Born out of a desire to provide a high level of customer service to their clients and work in a collaborative culture, my client have found themselves in the enviable position where the majority of their work comes through repeat business.

Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be involved in working on some of the region’s most prestigious and long-term projects which will result in you eventually taking lead on the
projects from both client and delivery perspective.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Project Manager employed by an award winning Construction Consultancy, you will report directly into the Associate Director and will be required to deliver and demonstrate a variety of Project Management responsibilities whilst being supported and guided by your manager.

  • Assist with end to end project delivery
  • Assist with the management of the procurement process
  • Project Support
  • Attend client meetings
  • Report writing
  • Managing cost/budgets
  • Liaising directly with the client and stakeholders

Person

Employed by an award-winning, national leading Construction Consultancy, the ideal Assistant Project Manager must be able to portray the following:

  • Be able to demonstrate previous construction experience
  • Hold a construction related degree
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively
