Ash’s comments regarding her promotion to Senior Recruitment Consultant–  

 “Looking back on my journey to becoming a Senior Recruitment Consultant, I can’t help but feel a mix of pride and gratitude. It’s a moment to pause and truly appreciate how far I’ve come and how much I’ve grown, both professionally and personally since joining Atkins Search as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in September 2023.   

I’m incredibly thankful to work for a company that values its people and creates opportunities for growth. From day one, I’ve been surrounded by colleagues and mentors who’ve supported and encouraged me every step of the way. I feel lucky to be part of such a collaborative and inspiring team. A big shoutout to Jade, Laura, and Ant for not just giving me the opportunity to shine, but for the constant support and guidance throughout my professional journey.   

The journey itself has been so rewarding. I’ve had the chance to connect with incredible individuals, help them take meaningful steps in their careers, and celebrate their successes. Along the way, I’ve learned so much—about communication, resilience, and the importance of truly listening to people’s needs. Every placement and every challenge have shaped me into the consultant I am today.  

This promotion is more than just recognition; it’s a reminder of why I love what I do. It’s given me a renewed sense of purpose and drive to take on new challenges, support my colleagues, and continue growing. I’m so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to see what’s ahead—not just for me, but for the amazing team I get to work alongside every day.”
