“In 2019, as I joined Atkins Search (Atkins James as it was known back then), I thought I was joining a small team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant to recruit within the Construction industry, however, what I truly embarked on was a once-in-a-career opportunity and one that came with unwavering support, limitless career progression and unimaginable personal development. 

Fast forward six years, I’m incredibly thrilled and proud to announce my promotion to Operations Director at Atkins Search. 

This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the guidance and trust of Antony Rowe, as well as the incredible support from my team, colleagues, industry peers and clients. Words can never fully express my gratitude for this opportunity.
