Olivia's 3 Year Anniversary

We are celebrating Olivia’s 3-year anniversary with us here at Atkins Search!

Olivia is a Senior Consultant who specialises in placing construction professionals with market leading Construction Consultants in Yorkshire and the North West regions.

She plays an important part in our Northern Division as well as our wider permanent team, Olivia is instrumental in maintaining our culture and values as we have continued to grow alongside her over the past three years.

We asked for Olivia’s reflection on the previous 3-years –

“Another year has flown by here at Atkins Search, I can’t quite believe I’m celebrating 3 years with the business already! My time at Atkins Search has far surpassed and exceeded any expectations I had back when I joined in 2021. The journey so far has been unbelievable, since joining Atkins Search, I have been promoted to ‘Senior Recruitment Consultant’, been given the autonomy to develop our Yorkshire and Northern Consultancy offering, as well as continuously being developed on both a personal and professional level.

Over the last few years, I have developed some truly amazing relationships with clients and candidates (one of the main reasons I love my job!). Being able to make a valuable difference to people’s livelihoods is incredibly rewarding and the feeling only gets better every time!

My job often feels like a ‘pinch me’ moment, 5 days a week I get to work alongside the most amazing team of driven, like-minded, and often hilarious individuals. Work to me, doesn’t feel like work and I can’t believe I get to say that! To be surrounded by passionate individuals who only want the best for one another, is something I will always be grateful for. We even like each other outside of work! Often getting involved in ‘Battle of the Barry’s’, PT sessions, long walks, and the odd drink or two.

I’m very lucky to be guided and supported by the best Senior Management team I’ve ever worked for – no question is a silly question (believe me, I’m usually the one to come out with daft things too!), we’re offered the region’s best training sessions to develop our skills and knowledge, given endless opportunities to push ourselves, supported no matter the scenario. We’re all in it together.

The last 3 years at Atkins Search have genuinely shaped me into the individual I am today, I’m so proud for what I’ve achieved and to be a part of such an incredible team.”
