Olivia's 2 Year Anniversary

We are celebrating Olivia’s 2 year anniversary with us here at Atkins Search!

Olivia is such an integral part of our team and has a lot to say about the past two years…

“Today marks my 2-year work anniversary at Atkins Search and what a 2 years it has been!

When joining Atkins Search it was important for me to join a business where I would feel valued, be able to make an impact (a positive one!!) and be surrounded by like-minded professionals. Here at Atkins Search we stand by our core values and pride ourselves on “DOING THE RIGHT THING!” which when searching for my next steps, I knew Atkins Search suited my ethos perfectly.

Both my personal and professional development over another 12 months have made me unrecognisable and has exceeded all my expectations. I now specialise across our Yorkshire region, placing Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Building Surveyors into Consultancies in and around Yorkshire. It has been a challenge developing a new region for the business, but I think it’s fair to say that I have tackled this challenge successfully and over the last year I have established and maintained some fantastic client and candidate relationships. 

I am so proud to be part of Atkins Search, we are so lucky to have an amazing, supportive, and like-minded team. I love being part of the journey, growth, seeing the business flourish day by day and I am even more excited to see what the future holds with the exciting plans we have in place!”
