Jade's 4 Year Anniversary

Atkins Search are celebrating Jade’s 4 year work anniversary!

Jade has played an instrumental part in driving our Construction sector, becoming a renowned specialist within the industry working with Main Contractors across the Midlands and Yorkshire.

Operating with her own team, Jade goes from strength to strength, it is fantastic to watch Jade grow and develop to become an integral member of our team.

Jade has taken some time to reflect on the past 4 years–

“4 years has flown by! It’s been nice to reflect, so much has changed and there are many more exciting things on the horizon.

Since joining Atkins Search (then Atkins James) 4 years ago, it’s been incredible to be part of our mission to become the market-leading recruitment consultancy in the Midlands. From what began as an initial conversation about who we are and what we want to be, It’s been an amazing opportunity to be part of the team who have implemented the vison and shaped who we are today – a professional recruitment business with a consultative approach to find the right person, for the right business at the right time.

I have personally never been part of a business who are so passionate about their employees and put the development of their own as one of the top priorities. In an environment that could so easily focus purely on targets and numbers, it’s refreshing to be part of a team who champion each other’s success and support one another when things get tough. We always wanted to break the stereotype around recruitment and prove that there are people in our industry who genuinely care about what they do and want to do a good job – I think it’s safe to say we have knocked this out of the park!

I have had several, brilliant opportunities to develop myself personally during my time here. Since joining the business as a Recruitment Consultant back in 2020, I have been promoted twice from Recruitment Consultant to Managing Consultant, now leading the Construction Division for permanent appointments. I have continued to develop our consultants and in turn give well-deserved promotions, all while delivering an excellent service to our new and existing clients, becoming a true expert in what we do.

I couldn’t be happier that I joined this incredible team all those years ago and to this day, it’s still one of the best decisions I have ever made. There really are no limits on how far we can take our career here, and I have no doubt we will achieve everything we want and more.
