Eloise's 1 Year Anniversary

We are celebrating Eloise’s 1 year anniversary with us here at Atkins Search!

Eloise is our first apprentice and works alongside the whole team to assist with recruitment administration tasks and working with the management team in relation to business support duties.

Here is what Eloise has to say about her 1^st year with Atkins Search:

“A year already…wow!

Back in March 2022, I walked through the doors on my first day with Atkins Search as a fresh, new apprentice, eager to learn and begin my exciting career with Atkins Search.

 A year on, I now know it was one of the best decisions I have made to date and have had the most amazing year.

I am so lucky to be surrounded by a team of 9 incredible individuals and throughout the past 12 months, I have been able to soak up the wealth of knowledge and experiences the team have and I have learnt so much from them.

The culture in the office is like something I have never experienced before, each person are an embodiment of our values and we all slot together like a well-built jigsaw.

I appreciate everyone I work with; you all help shape me in your own way, and I am grateful to work with such brilliant people who inspire me day after day. I can’t wait to grow with you all and watch every success!

I want to say an extra thank you to Laura for all of her support and guidance over the past year and to Chris for his support throughout the last 12 months as well, I have learned so much from each of you and you’re the best role models. I aspire to work as hard as you both do!

I would also like to thank Antony, firstly hiring me :), and for offering the next level of knowledge and support, the greatest MD out there!
