20th January 2025 is “Blue Monday”— supposedly the most depressing day of the year. A change in how we are feeling due financial worries, post-Christmas blues, and the gloomy weather BUT does having a specific day as the “most depressing” minimize the complexity of our mental health?!
Having a single day simplifies the challenges that can impact us any day of the week, month or year.
Here are some tips on how to deal with today and beyond:

- Plan things to look forward to

- Eat healthy food
