Chris' 1 Year Anniversary

Chris Rolling is celebrating his 1 year anniversary with Atkins Search! Chris is our Divisional Manager who leads our Construction and Residential disciplines. Here’s what Chris had to say about his 1st year at Atkins Search…

“1 Year ago today I started a new chapter of my life, one that would change things for me far more than I anticipated. The main motivation behind joining Atkins Search was to be better, I wanted to learn and build upon the skills and experience I had gained over the years in recruitment.

What have I learnt?

• Culture is massive. The culture at Atkins Search is fantastic and hugely beneficial, we work collaboratively as a team meaning we all benefit from each other’s experience creating a genuinely positive and proactive environment.
• Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. I don’t need to know it all as I am surrounded by experienced people!
• There are plenty of recruitment agencies around but not many consultancies.

Atkins Search is a business built on professionalism, positivity and the desire to continuously improve and since joining in 2020 I have become invested in this business, its values and feel cemented in its future.

I feel fortunate to be part of this ever growing business and am proud of my achievements so far. It was a difficult decision to make at the time due to the pandemic and the uncertainty however it has turned out to be the best career choice I could have made.
