Ashleigh's 1 Year Anniversary

We are celebrating Ashleigh’s 1 year anniversary with us here at Atkins Search!

Joining Atkins Search as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant back in September 2023, Ashleigh’s passion and motivation earned her a well-deserved promotion after a short 3 months with us, achieving the Newcomer of the Year award and 2 Employee of the Quarter awards for Q3 of our 23/24 financial year and Q1 of our 24/25 financial year.

Ashleigh operates alongside Jade Stevenson in the Permanent Construction Team, to focus on placing Construction professionals into reputable M&E Main Contractors across the East Midlands, West Midlands and South Yorkshire on a permanent basis.

“My first year at Atkins Search has flown by! It’s such a strange feeling of how fast the year has gone, but also feeling like I’ve been at Atkins forever!

When I joined Atkins Search in September 2023, I was at the stage in my career where I had been exposed to the world of recruitment, but I was ready to take the next step in becoming a recruitment professional. Atkins has given me all the support and guidance to become a specialist recruiter and constantly providing tools as to how I can better myself – not to mention receiving my first promotion after the first 4 months of joining!

On top of all the professional support, Atkins Search have always prioritised the team moral, which I’m not ashamed to say, has made my competitive side very apparent in social and sporting events…

Fast forward to September 2024 having worked alongside Jade in the Main Contracting team, I have established myself as a Construction, M&E, and Fitout specialist Recruitment Consultant, placing professionals across the Midlands.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the last 12 months building my career and desk at Atkins Search, and it’s safe to say, I’m excited to see what else the future holds!”
