AJG Autumn Update

It’s been a really busy couple of weeks here at Atkins James as the vibe is that things are picking up and clients are demonstrating strong project pipelines and project sign offs are increasing.

Speaking to and meeting with with Business owners and Directors, the signs are positive and hopefully continue to improve as we get through Autumn and the festive period. It’s also great news for candidates as we are seeing more permanent job offers being made than at any time in the last 6 months as the talent pool is starting to shrink again due to individuals moving onto new and exciting opportunities.

Salary rates are also holding steady, which is positive for those seeking a new role. We have also seen a huge increase in freelance opportunities, which is keeping us very busy!

Confidence has always been key and although the end of the furlough scheme is on the horizon, the positive signs keep coming.
